As you all know I always write positive product and service reviews. Unfortunately this will not be the case this time. I was very patient with this company but despite that they still chose not to do the right thing. So with that being said I want to make sure this situation doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Last Christmas my mother purchased a leather jacket for me. When I received it, it was a bit too small so I needed to exchange the size. She contacted them through emails for months before getting a response. When we finally got in contact with someone we were told to bring the jacket to their store. We brought the jacket to the store and because it was an online purchase were told they had to send the jacket back before they could process the exchange. I wasn’t thrilled about this idea but I went along with it.
This should have been an easy transaction but that was not the case. I never received the jacket in the correct size, nor did I ever receive a refund. I returned the jacket as they asked and they never refunded me. They got their jacket and my money. This is not how you conduct business and it’s absolutely disgraceful.
If you are or were thinking of purchasing from this company I strongly suggest you think twice. If anyone has had a similar experience and has any tips on how to rectify a situation like this please send me a message.
