I decided to make a lifestyle change and start consistently eating clean & doing arbonne 30 Days to Healthy Living Challenge. My co teacher introduced me to arbonne and has been using their products for a long time. After seeing her come to class everyday with something Arbonne I got curious and decided to try it out myself lol. I was a bit hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure if it would work for me and the prices were above average for nutritional supplements lol. I’m very active and eat fairly well but I was struggling with bloating and extreme fatigue so I was willing to give anything a shot at this point. I’m also lactose intolerant but was a coffee addict. I didn’t like black coffee so I was basically wreaking havoc on my body with the caffeine and dairy. When I say I was a coffee addicted I was basically drinking about 40oz of coffee a day. It was pretty bad.
Anyway I started off with the body cleanse & the fizz sticks. The body cleanse you put in 32oz of water and drink it throughout the day. What’s great about this cleanse is that you can eat normally. You need to eat clean but you can still eat as you usually would. With other cleanses you can’t eat anything so the body cleanse was a better choice for me.
Along with drinking the cleanse you need to drink lots of water with it. You’re basically flushing all of the toxins out of your body. After I had completed the cleans which is done for 7 days I had lost 4lbs 🤗 not too shabby.
During this time I was also transitioning from coffee to the fizz sticks. Fizz sticks are a healthy alternative to coffee and or energy drinks. Surprisingly it was easy to transition from coffee to fizz sticks! It contains guarana & green tea which have naturally derived caffeine. It gives you energy and helps you stay alert & focused. It’s one of my favorite arbonne products & I use it daily.
Because I had such great results with just these two products I decided to go all in and do the 30 days to healthy living.
Basically how it works is you get all of the above products some of which can be customized based on your goals. Take your digestion plus (probiotic) first thing in the morning. You replace 1-2 meals with a protein shake & add your fiber boost to you’re shake. Replace your coffee with fizz sticks, eat clean and have a detox tea after dinner. On week three you add the body cleanse. I immediately saw results! No more bloating, I felt better, had more energy and lost 5lbs. Checkout my result! The 30 days to healthy living is a lifestyle change. It’s not a quick fix or a diet. You have to be intentional about making healthy eating choices & staying active. I’m glad I made the choice to switch to clean eating. The best thing about arbonne is that all of the products are vegan, non gmo, plant based, and dairy free so I feel confident knowing I’m putting the cleanest products into my body.
